DSM helped to develop a custom, web-based tool to manage new, current, and removed resellers. We also showed our client the revenue impact of retaining and/or dropping resellers. On top of that, we monitored closed distribution sales and identified instances of leakage. All of this analysis was delivered through a suite of dashboards and tools to provide actionable, timely insight.
